Naveen Pandey has been appointed as the new Managing Director effective 1 July 2025. He will succeed Jaideep Nandi, who was appointed as the Managing Director of the company for a term of five years with effect from 1 July 2020. Accordingly, his tenure as Managing Director will conclude on 30 June 2025.
Pandey brings over 20 years of experience in the FMCG sector, having worked with companies like Marico Bangladesh, Asian Paints, PepsiCo, and most recently as CEO of Unibic Foods India Pvt Ltd.
The board has also approved the appointment of Aakash Gupta as Head-Finance with effect from 1 July 2025. He replaces Richard D'Souza who resigned from the position to pursue opportunities outside the organisation.
The management changes have boosted investor confidence, which led to a rally in the stock.

Consolidated revenue from operations was Rs 2,505 million (m), a 4.38% increase over the previous year. Net profits dropped to Rs 305 m from Rs 356 m in the corresponding period of last year. This was a drop of nearly 14%.

Bajaj Consumer Care in the last few years is focusing on strengthening its distribution network, improving retail loyalty programs, and optimising inventory and costs.
The new CEO brings solid experience to the table, which should benefit the company in the long run. However, the company does faces intense competition from other popular brands.
