Marc Faber: India Will be a Top 3 Global Economy podcast

Oct 6, 2020

It was a pleasure having Dr Marc Faber on the Investor Hour again.

He was our very first guest on the podcast and did a 2-part episode. At that time he talked to us about the rise of India as a major economy as well as his personal portfolio.

In this edition of the Investor Hour, Marc Faber talks about:

  • How global stock markets are recovering from the crash earlier this year.
  • Why gold is a good long-term investment.
  • As a local Indian investor, should you be investing in Indian stocks and businesses?
  • Where Marc is investing now and the good investments you can consider today.
  • Why real estate is still a good investment...if you're careful.

And a lot more!

Dr Faber is bullish on India and owns Indian stocks via an ETF. He believes India is a top destination for global investors and that will not change.

In fact, he says the Indian economy will be the among the 3 largest In the world within twenty years! Now that's a strongly bullish statement on India coming from one of the best investors in the world.

Marc also talked about his personal investments and why he is investing his money the way he is right now.

We enjoyed talking to Dr Faber and also learnt a lot from him especially about the big social and economic forces, both on the left and the right, in the western world.

Thanks a lot for sharing the very educative interview with Dr Marc Faber. He has truely given a grand perspective of how a global investor of his stature thinks. His interest & prediction about India are fantastic. His prediction about gold is matching with Robert Kiyosaki and both have shared that gold will go up in future. Thanks again.

One unique lesson Dr. Mark told with regard to Covid is that the feeling of freedom we have is false. Extremely important lesson and great realisation.
