    Undoubtedly, Warren Buffett is one of the most successful investors on this planet. As a result, most investors try to replicate him. The minimum outlay for the same ranges from 250,000 (about US$ 340,000) to 500,000. Economies like Spain and Portugal have been using the mode to not just attract rich Chinese residents, but also those who can create employment opportunities, for a year now.
