ALEMBIC PHARMA share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 978.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE index is at 44,795.6 (down 0.5%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE HEALTHCARE index today are AJANTA PHARMA (up 3.1%) and NARAYANA HRUDAYALAYA (up 2.8%).

FDC (down 3.6%) and DR. LAL PATHLABS (down 3.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, ALEMBIC PHARMA has moved down from Rs 1,128.8 to Rs 978.0, registering a loss of Rs 150.8 (down 13.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE index has moved up from 43,915.0 to 44,795.6, registering a gain of 2.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE HEALTHCARE index stocks during this same period were LAURUS LABS (up 100.0%), FORTIS HEALTHCARE (up 63.0%) and ASTER DM HEALTHCARE (up 54.9%).

The BSE Sensex is at 83,541.0 (down 0.5%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Power Grid Corp. (down 3.3%) and Eternal Ltd (down 2.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are NTPC and Power Grid Corp..

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,619.4 (down 0.6%). Hero Motocorp and Power Grid Corp. are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 79,389.1 to 83,541.0, registering a gain of 4,152.0 points (up 5.2%).

ALEMBIC PHARMA Financial Update...

ALEMBIC PHARMA net profit grew 14.8% YoY to Rs 1,541 million for the quarter ended June 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 1,342 million a year ago. Net sales rose 9.5% to Rs 17,107 million during the period as against Rs 15,617 million in April-June 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, ALEMBIC PHARMA reported 5.5% decrease in net profit to Rs 5,820 million compared to net profit of Rs 6,158 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 7.1% to Rs 66,721 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ALEMBIC PHARMA, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 32.0.
