ARVIND SMARTSPACES share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 612.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 6,837.6 (down 0.2%).

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY index today are MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 1.0%) and PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 0.8%).

SUNTECK REALTY (up 0.9%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 0.6%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, ARVIND SMARTSPACES has moved down from Rs 784.9 to Rs 612.0, registering a loss of Rs 172.9 (down 22.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 8,187.8 to 6,837.6, registering a loss of 16.5% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Brigade Enterprises (down 34.5%), Godrej Properties (down 33.2%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 25.1%).

The BSE Sensex is at 82,087.2 (up 0.4%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Eternal Ltd (up 1.6%) and Indusind Bank (up 1.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are HDFC Bank and Reliance Ind..

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,162.1 (up 0.3%). JIO FINANCIAL SERVICES and Eternal Ltd are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 82,497.1 to 82,087.2, registering a loss of 409.9 points (down 0.5%).

ARVIND SMARTSPACES Financial Update...

ARVIND SMARTSPACES net profit grew 159.0% YoY to Rs 120 million for the quarter ended June 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 46 million a year ago. Net sales rose 36.7% to Rs 1,018 million during the period as against Rs 745 million in April-June 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, ARVIND SMARTSPACES reported 133.2% increase in net profit to Rs 1,192 million compared to net profit of Rs 511 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 109.1% to Rs 7,133 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ARVIND SMARTSPACES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 22.2.
