CAPLIN POINT share price has zoomed 4% and is presently trading at Rs 2,117.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE index is at 42,287.5 (up 0.9%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE HEALTHCARE index today are POLY MEDICURE (up 5.5%) and Divis Laboratories (up 4.4%).

GLAND PHARMA (down 5.3%) and AJANTA PHARMA (down 5.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, CAPLIN POINT has moved up from Rs 1,401.7 to Rs 2,117.7, registering a gain of Rs 716.0 (up 51.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE index has moved up from 33,708.1 to 42,287.5, registering a gain of 25.5% during the last 12 months.

The BSE Sensex is at 77,501.3 (up 0.4%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are L&T (up 2.5%) and Tata Motors (up 2.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ZOMATO and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,461.6 (up 0.4%). L&T and Hindalco are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 71,645.3 to 77,501.3, registering a gain of 5,856.0 points (up 8.2%).

CAPLIN POINT Financial Update...

CAPLIN POINT net profit grew 12.8% YoY to Rs 1,309 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 1,160 million a year ago. Net sales rose 17.8% to Rs 4,831 million during the period as against Rs 4,101 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, CAPLIN POINT reported 22.4% increase in net profit to Rs 4,614 million compared to net profit of Rs 3,770 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 15.5% to Rs 16,941 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of CAPLIN POINT, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 32.4.
