COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS Gains 6%; BSE REALTY Index Up 2.2%

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,422.5 (up 2.2%).
Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Godrej Properties (up 3.5%) and PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 3.1%).
Over the last one year, COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS has moved up from Rs 371.6 to Rs 459.4, registering a gain of Rs 87.8 (up 23.6%).
On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 6,979.3 to 7,422.5, registering a gain of 6.3% during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Phoenix Mill (up 34.7%), OBEROI REALTY (up 30.9%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 17.2%).

The BSE Sensex is at 77,072.1 (up 0.5%).
The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are MUNDRA PORT & SEZ (up 4.6%) and ZOMATO (up 2.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ZOMATO and Tata Steel.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,326.6 (up 0.5%). HDFC LIFE INSURANCE and SBI LIFE INSURANCE are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 73,327.9 to 77,072.1, registering a gain of 3,744.1 points (up 5.1%).
COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS Financial Update...
COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS net profit grew 10.3% YoY to Rs 899 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 815 million a year ago. Net sales rose 14.8% to Rs 10,090 million during the period as against Rs 8,793 million in July-September 2023.
For the year ended March 2024, COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS reported 174.3% increase in net profit to Rs 3,310 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,207 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 76.2% to Rs 36,437 million during FY24.
The current Price to earnings ratio of COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 52.6.
