DILIP BUILDCON share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 467.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 6,734.8 (down 0.8%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today is MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 0.5%).

Sobha (down 1.7%) and PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 1.5%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, DILIP BUILDCON has moved down from Rs 493.3 to Rs 467.7, registering a loss of Rs 25.6 (down 5.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 8,717.0 to 6,734.8, registering a loss of 22.7% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Brigade Enterprises (down 33.6%), Godrej Properties (down 32.3%) and OBEROI REALTY (down 28.5%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 84,559.7 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Indusind Bank (down 1.1%) and ICICI Bank (down 0.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ITC and Eternal Ltd.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,814.1 (down 0.2%). Hero Motocorp and APOLLO HOSPITALS are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 81,748.6 to 84,559.7, registering a gain of 2,811.1 points (up 3.4%).

DILIP BUILDCON Financial Update...

DILIP BUILDCON net profit fell 19.5% YoY to Rs 2,141 million for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 2,659 million a year ago. Net sales declined 21.8% to Rs 19,259 million during the period as against Rs 24,613 million in July-September 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, DILIP BUILDCON reported 317.8% increase in net profit to Rs 8,399 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,010 million during FY24. Revenue of the company fell 5.8% to Rs 113,167 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of DILIP BUILDCON, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 8.3.
