EMAMI INFRA share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 89.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,305.3 (up 0.2%).

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY index today are DLF (down 0.4%) and Phoenix Mill (down 0.3%).

SUNTECK REALTY (up 1.0%) and OBEROI REALTY (up 1.0%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, EMAMI INFRA has moved down from Rs 110.6 to Rs 89.3, registering a loss of Rs 21.3 (down 19.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 8,064.3 to 7,305.3, registering a loss of 9.4% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Godrej Properties (down 24.8%), SUNTECK REALTY (down 24.5%) and Brigade Enterprises (down 20.7%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 84,010.9 (down 0.6%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Hindustan Unilever (down 3.5%) and Kotak Bank (down 2.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Power Grid Corp. and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,724.4 (down 0.7%). Hindustan Unilever and Cipla are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 81,151.3 to 84,010.9, registering a gain of 2,859.6 points (up 3.5%).

EMAMI INFRA Financial Update...

EMAMI INFRA net profit fell 267.5% YoY to Rs -508 million for the quarter ended June 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 138 million a year ago. Net sales rose 10.6% to Rs 60 million during the period as against Rs 54 million in April-June 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, EMAMI INFRA reported 2.6% decrease in net profit to Rs -1,263 million compared to net loss of Rs 1,231 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 33.9% to Rs 823 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of EMAMI INFRA, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -2.4.
