GODREJ PROPERTIES at All Time High; BSE REALTY Index Up 1.5%

GODREJ PROPERTIES share price has hit an all-time high at Rs 1,533 (up 2.2%).

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 2,839 (up 1.5%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today are GODREJ PROPERTIES (up 2.2%) and PHOENIX MILL (up 2.6%).

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 15,314 (up 0.9%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include AXIS BANK (up 2.5%), BAJAJ FINANCE (up 2.4%) and BHARTI AIRTEL (up 2.4%). Other gainers include BAJAJ FINSERV (up 2.3%) and ICICI BANK (up 2.1%).

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 41,216 to 52,111, registering a gain of 10,895 points (up 26.3%).

GODREJ PROPERTIES Financial Update...

GODREJ PROPERTIES net profit down at Rs 144 million for the quarter ended December 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 716 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 55.5% to Rs 1.7 billion during the period as against Rs 3.8 billion in October-December 2019.

For the year ended March 2019, GODREJ PROPERTIES reported 93.7% increase in net profit to Rs 2.4 billion compared to net profit of Rs 1.2 billion during FY18.

Revenue of the company grew 75.7% to Rs 28 billion during FY19.

The current Price to earnings ratio of GODREJ PROPERTIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 264.0x.
