HCC Gains 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 0.6%

HCC share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 18.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 6,777.1 (up 0.6%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are OBEROI REALTY (up 3.0%) and Phoenix Mill (up 0.9%).

SUNTECK REALTY (down 2.0%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 1.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, HCC has moved down from Rs 39.5 to Rs 18.2, registering a loss of Rs 21.4 (down 54.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 8,717.0 to 6,777.1, registering a loss of 22.3% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Brigade Enterprises (down 32.9%), Godrej Properties (down 32.4%) and OBEROI REALTY (down 26.5%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 84,697.4 (up 0.2%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are TCS (up 1.5%) and Infosys (up 1.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Motors and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,868.7 (up 0.2%). TCS and Infosys are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 81,748.6 to 84,697.4, registering a gain of 2,948.8 points (up 3.6%).

HCC Financial Update...

HCC net profit grew 14.2% YoY to Rs 500 million for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 438 million a year ago. Net sales declined 31.7% to Rs 9,607 million during the period as against Rs 14,069 million in July-September 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, HCC reported 78.7% decrease in net profit to Rs 1,126 million compared to net profit of Rs 5,294 million during FY24. Revenue of the company fell 20.0% to Rs 56,034 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of HCC, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 9.6.
