HCC Gains 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 2.2%

HCC share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 20.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 6,187.6 (up 2.2%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Sobha (up 3.7%) and SUNTECK REALTY (up 3.4%).

Over the last one year, HCC has moved down from Rs 22.5 to Rs 20.0, registering a loss of Rs 2.5 (down 11.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 6,551.3 to 6,187.6, registering a loss of 5.6% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Brigade Enterprises (down 19.3%), SUNTECK REALTY (down 14.1%) and DLF (down 10.0%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 79,013.5 (up 0.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Asian Paints (up 1.9%) and Nestle (up 1.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Axis Bank and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,506.8 (up 0.6%). Trent and Asian Paints are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 78,553.2 to 79,013.5, registering a gain of 460.3 points (up 0.6%).

HCC Financial Update...

HCC net profit fell 54.8% YoY to Rs 60 million for the quarter ended December 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 134 million a year ago. Net sales declined 8.1% to Rs 9,253 million during the period as against Rs 10,068 million in October-December 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, HCC reported 78.7% decrease in net profit to Rs 1,126 million compared to net profit of Rs 5,294 million during FY24. Revenue of the company fell 20.0% to Rs 56,034 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of HCC, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 15.5.
