HCC Gains 6%; BSE REALTY Index Up 2.7%

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 6,027.6 (up 2.7%).
Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are SUNTECK REALTY (up 6.1%) and DLF (up 3.7%).
Brigade Enterprises (down 0.7%) is among the top losers today.
Over the last one year, HCC has moved down from Rs 21.2 to Rs 18.4, registering a loss of Rs 2.8 (down 13.2%).
On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 6,118.4 to 6,027.6, registering a loss of 1.5% during the last 12 months.
The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Brigade Enterprises (down 20.6%), SUNTECK REALTY (down 11.0%) and Godrej Properties (down 10.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?
The BSE Sensex is at 78,105.8 (up 1.6%).
The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Eternal Ltd (up 3.8%) and L&T (up 3.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Eternal Ltd.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,217.4 (up 1.6%). Eternal Ltd and L&T are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 75,157.3 to 78,105.8, registering a gain of 2,948.6 points (up 3.9%).
HCC Financial Update...
HCC net profit fell 54.8% YoY to Rs 60 million for the quarter ended December 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 134 million a year ago. Net sales declined 8.1% to Rs 9,253 million during the period as against Rs 10,068 million in October-December 2024.
For the year ended March 2025, HCC reported 78.7% decrease in net profit to Rs 1,126 million compared to net profit of Rs 5,294 million during FY24. Revenue of the company fell 20.0% to Rs 56,034 million during FY25.
The current Price to earnings ratio of HCC, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 14.3.
