HINDUSTAN COPPER share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 360.5.

Meanwhile, the BSE METAL index is at 34,018.3 (up 1.4%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE METAL index today are Tata Steel (up 2.9%) and NMDC (up 2.1%).

Over the last one year, HINDUSTAN COPPER has moved up from Rs 311.8 to Rs 360.5, registering a gain of Rs 48.7 (up 15.6%).

On the other hand, the BSE METAL index has moved up from 33,511.1 to 34,018.3, registering a gain of 1.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE METAL index stocks during this same period were JSW Steel (up 13.8%), APOLLO TUBES (up 10.8%) and Tata Steel (up 7.6%).

The BSE Sensex is at 81,882.5 (up 0.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Tata Steel (up 2.9%) and HCl Tech. (up 1.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,068.0 (up 0.1%). Tata Steel and Dr. Reddys are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 81,050.0 to 81,882.5, registering a gain of 832.5 points (up 1.0%).

HINDUSTAN COPPER Financial Update...

HINDUSTAN COPPER net profit grew 18.4% YoY to Rs 1,343 million for the quarter ended June 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 1,134 million a year ago. Net sales rose 4.6% to Rs 5,164 million during the period as against Rs 4,936 million in April-June 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, HINDUSTAN COPPER reported 58.1% increase in net profit to Rs 4,674 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,957 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 20.6% to Rs 20,710 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of HINDUSTAN COPPER, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 71.4.
