HINDUSTAN COPPER share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 564.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE METAL index is at 39,056.0 (up 3.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE METAL index today are JSW Steel (up 4.9%) and SAIL (up 4.9%).

Over the last one year, HINDUSTAN COPPER has moved up from Rs 242.2 to Rs 564.0, registering a gain of Rs 321.9 (up 132.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE METAL index has moved up from 28,490.6 to 39,056.0, registering a gain of 37.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE METAL index stocks during this same period were Vedanta (up 56.7%), Hindalco (up 56.5%) and Hindustan Zinc (up 54.7%).

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,202.9 (up 0.6%). Adani Enterprises and JSW Steel are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 76,405.0 to 81,857.5, registering a gain of 5,452.5 points (up 7.1%).

HINDUSTAN COPPER Financial Update...

HINDUSTAN COPPER net profit grew 83.0% YoY to Rs 1,860 million for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 1,017 million a year ago. Net sales rose 38.6% to Rs 7,180 million during the period as against Rs 5,182 million in July-September 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, HINDUSTAN COPPER reported 58.1% increase in net profit to Rs 4,674 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,957 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 20.6% to Rs 20,710 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of HINDUSTAN COPPER, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 95.2.
