HONEYWELL AUTOMATION at 52 Week High; BSE 500 Index Up 1.0%

HONEYWELL AUTOMATION share price has hit a 52-week high at Rs 41,836 (up 4.0%).

Meanwhile, the BSE 500 Index is at 19,334 (up 0.5%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE 500 Index today are HONEYWELL AUTOMATION (up 4.0%) and GATEWAY DISTRIPARKS (up 15.6%).

L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS (down 5.2%) and DHFL (down 5.0%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, HONEYWELL AUTOMATION has moved up from Rs 27,421 to Rs 41,836, registering a gain of Rs 14,416 (up 52.15%).

The BSE 500 has moved up from 15,921 to 19,334, registering a gain of 3,413 points (up 21.2%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE 500 Index stocks during this same period were ADANI GREEN ENERGY (up 428.1%), LAURUS LABS (up 367.5%) and VAIBHAV GLOBAL (up 197.3%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 50,127 (up 0.5%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are BAJAJ FINSERV (up 3.4%), BAJAJ FINANCE (up 2.8%) and RELIANCE IND. (up 2.4%). Other gainers include AXIS BANK (up 1.8%) and BAJAJ AUTO (up 1.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are RELIANCE IND. and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 14,738 (up 0.5%). TATA MOTORS (up 3.9%) and BAJAJ FINSERV (up 3.7%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 41,529 to 50,127, registering a gain of 8,598 points (up 20.5%).

HONEYWELL AUTOMATION Financial Update...

HONEYWELL AUTOMATION net profit down at Rs 981 million for the quarter ended June 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 1 billion a year ago. Net Sales declined 18.3% to Rs 7.4 billion during the period as against Rs 9.0 billion in April-June 2019.

For the year ended March 2019, HONEYWELL AUTOMATION reported 43.7% increase in net profit to Rs 3.6 billion compared to net profit of Rs 2.5 billion during FY18.

Revenue of the company grew 17.7% to Rs 32 billion during FY19.

The current Price to earnings ratio of HONEYWELL AUTOMATION, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 77.8x.
