Hubtown Gains 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 0.2%

Hubtown share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 322.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 6,823.2 (up 0.2%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Godrej Properties (up 0.8%) and Phoenix Mill (up 0.7%).

MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 1.3%) and Brigade Enterprises (down 0.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Hubtown has moved up from Rs 319.5 to Rs 322.9, registering a gain of Rs 3.4 (up 1.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 8,572.4 to 6,823.2, registering a loss of 20.4% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Brigade Enterprises (down 38.0%), Godrej Properties (down 37.1%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 26.2%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,790.1 (up 0.7%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are TCS (up 2.6%) and Tech Mahindra (up 2.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,066.2 (up 0.7%). Shriram Transport and APOLLO HOSPITALS are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 84,266.3 to 81,790.1, registering a loss of 2,476.2 points (down 2.9%).

Hubtown Financial Update...

Hubtown net profit grew 1255.7% YoY to Rs 820 million for the quarter ended June 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 61 million a year ago. Net sales rose 55.8% to Rs 1,874 million during the period as against Rs 1,203 million in April-June 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, Hubtown reported 172.6% increase in net profit to Rs 552 million compared to net loss of Rs 760 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 84.5% to Rs 4,085 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Hubtown, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 35.0.
