INDIABULLS REAL EST Share Price Up by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 0.1%

INDIABULLS REAL EST share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 122.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 2,892 (up 0.1%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today is INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 5.5%).

PHOENIX MILL (down 0.4%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 0.7%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, INDIABULLS REAL EST has moved up from Rs 74 to Rs 122, registering a gain of Rs 48 (up 64.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY has moved up from 2,159 to 2,892, registering a gain of 733 points (up 34.0%) during the last 12 months.

The top buzzing stocks among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 64.0%), DLF (up 56.1%) and SOBHA (up 52.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 50,641 (down 0.5%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are ONGC (up 4.3%), NTPC (up 1.1%) and M&M (up 0.9%). Other gainers include MARUTI SUZUKI (up 0.7%) and RELIANCE IND. (up 0.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ONGC and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 15,024 (down 0.6%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include ONGC (up 4.5%), GAIL (up 2.8%) and BPCL (up 1.2%). Other gainers include M&M (up 1.1%) and IOC (up 1.0%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 38,624 to 50,641, registering a gain of 12,017 points (up 30.99%).

INDIABULLS REAL EST Financial Update...

INDIABULLS REAL EST net profit stood at Rs 807 million for the quarter ended December 2020, compared to a profit of Rs 493 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 41.4% to Rs 7.2 billion during the period as against Rs 12.3 billion in October-December 2019.

For the year ended March 2019, INDIABULLS REAL EST reported 78.8% decrease in net profit to Rs 5.0 billion compared to net profit of Rs 23.6 billion during FY18.

Revenue of the company grew 9.8% to Rs 49 billion during FY19.

The current Price to earnings ratio of INDIABULLS REAL EST, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at down 27.6x.
