JSL Industries share price has plunged 7% and is presently trading at Rs 973.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 67,711.1 (up 0.3%).

Among the top losers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are Carborundum Universal (down 3.2%) and AIA Engineering (down 1.8%).

TIMKEN INDIA (up 1.5%) and ABB (up 1.2%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, JSL Industries has moved down from Rs 1,475.0 to Rs 973.0, registering a loss of Rs 502.0 (down 34.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 61,947.5 to 67,711.1, registering a gain of 9.3% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were Bharat Electronics (up 52.0%), Bharat Forge (up 33.1%) and GMR Infra (up 30.4%).

The BSE Sensex is at 83,332.3 .

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are ITC (up 4.5%) and Kotak Bank (up 2.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ITC and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,623.8 (down 0.1%). TCS and SBI LIFE INSURANCE are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 78,583.8 to 83,332.3, registering a gain of 4,748.5 points (up 6.0%).

JSL Industries Financial Update...

JSL Industries net profit fell 39.9% YoY to Rs 10 million for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 16 million a year ago. Net sales rose 7.6% to Rs 132 million during the period as against Rs 122 million in July-September 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, JSL Industries reported 4.7% increase in net profit to Rs 64 million compared to net profit of Rs 62 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 4.4% to Rs 536 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of JSL Industries, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 53.0.
