Jindal Saw share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 218.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE METAL index is at 41,297.2 (up 1.6%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE METAL index today are Hindustan Zinc (up 4.2%) and Hindalco (up 3.7%).

SAIL (down 0.6%) and Coal India (down 0.2%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Jindal Saw has moved down from Rs 247.2 to Rs 218.2, registering a loss of Rs 29.0 (down 11.7%).

On the other hand, the BSE METAL index has moved up from 27,758.2 to 41,297.2, registering a gain of 48.8% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE METAL index stocks during this same period were Vedanta (up 99.7%), Hindalco (up 68.9%) and Tata Steel (up 56.5%).

The BSE Sensex is at 78,052.3 (up 1.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Eternal Ltd (up 3.8%) and Tata Motors (up 3.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Eternal Ltd.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,229.1 (up 1.6%). Eternal Ltd and Hindalco are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 75,157.3 to 78,052.3, registering a gain of 2,895.0 points (up 3.9%).

Jindal Saw Financial Update...

Jindal Saw net profit fell 48.1% YoY to Rs 2,450 million for the quarter ended December 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 4,720 million a year ago. Net sales declined 6.2% to Rs 49,434 million during the period as against Rs 52,713 million in October-December 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, Jindal Saw reported 8.5% decrease in net profit to Rs 14,580 million compared to net profit of Rs 15,929 million during FY24. Revenue of the company fell 0.6% to Rs 208,289 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Jindal Saw, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 16.2.
