KNR CONSTRUCTIONS Gains 10%; BSE REALTY Index Up 0.4%

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 3.6%) and PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 1.4%).
Phoenix Mill (down 0.3%) is among the top losers today.
Over the last one year, KNR CONSTRUCTIONS has moved down from Rs 345.1 to Rs 213.5, registering a loss of Rs 131.6 (down 38.1%).
On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 8,274.8 to 7,139.6, registering a loss of 13.7% during the last 12 months.
The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Brigade Enterprises (down 28.9%), Godrej Properties (down 26.9%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 23.8%).

The BSE Sensex is at 82,640.8 (up 0.3%).
The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Ultratech Cement (up 1.1%) and Tata Motors (up 0.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Motors and Eternal Ltd.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,314.2 (up 0.3%). Tata Consumer Products and Bharat Electronics are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 82,988.8 to 82,640.8, registering a loss of 348.0 points (down 0.4%).
KNR CONSTRUCTIONS Financial Update...
KNR CONSTRUCTIONS net profit fell 31.8% YoY to Rs 1,212 million for the quarter ended June 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 1,777 million a year ago. Net sales declined 37.8% to Rs 6,127 million during the period as against Rs 9,850 million in April-June 2024.
For the year ended March 2025, KNR CONSTRUCTIONS reported 33.2% increase in net profit to Rs 10,019 million compared to net profit of Rs 7,523 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 7.3% to Rs 47,532 million during FY25.
The current Price to earnings ratio of KNR CONSTRUCTIONS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 6.2.
