MAHANAGAR GAS Share Price Up by 12%; BSE OIL & GAS Index Up 1.3%

MAHANAGAR GAS share price has zoomed 12% and is presently trading at Rs 1,057.

Meanwhile, the BSE OIL & GAS Index is at 13,537 (up 1.3%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE OIL & GAS Index today are MAHANAGAR GAS (up 12.0%) and INDRAPRASTHA GAS (up 12.6%).

PETRONET LNG (down 0.1%) and ONGC (down 0.2%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, MAHANAGAR GAS has moved up from Rs 1,036 to Rs 1,057, registering a gain of Rs 21 (up 0.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE OIL & GAS has moved down from 15,127 to 13,537, loss of 1,590 points (down 11.1%) during the last 12 months.

The top buzzing stocks among the BSE OIL & GAS Index stocks during this same period were INDRAPRASTHA GAS (up 26.0%) and RELIANCE IND. (up 25.8%).

The BSE Sensex is at 44,407 (down 0.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are BAJAJ AUTO (up 3.1%), TATA STEEL (up 1.8%) and TITAN (up 1.5%). Other gainers include SUN PHARMA (up 1.3%) and BAJAJ FINANCE (up 1.3%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are NTPC and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 13,035 (up 0.1%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include TATA MOTORS (up 5.1%), BAJAJ AUTO (up 3.3%) and EICHER MOTOR (up 2.2%). Other gainers include BRITANNIA (up 2.0%) and TATA STEEL (up 1.9%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 40,889 to 44,407, registering a gain of 3,518 points (up 8.19%).
