METROPOLIS HEALTHCARE share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 538.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE index is at 46,664.2 (up 0.6%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE HEALTHCARE index today are SUN PHARMA ADV. RES. (up 7.3%) and Natco Pharma (up 3.4%).

Lupin (down 1.4%) and AJANTA PHARMA (down 1.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, METROPOLIS HEALTHCARE has moved up from Rs 420.2 to Rs 538.2, registering a gain of Rs 118.0 (up 28.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE index has moved up from 42,012.0 to 46,664.2, registering a gain of 11.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE HEALTHCARE index stocks during this same period were LAURUS LABS (up 99.7%), GRANULES INDIA (up 67.5%) and Glenmark Pharma (up 66.9%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 77,401.3 (down 0.6%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Axis Bank (down 1.4%) and HDFC Bank (down 1.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Eternal Ltd and HDFC Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,194.3 (down 0.5%). Coal India and Ultratech Cement are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 80,641.1 to 77,401.3, registering a loss of 3,239.8 points (down 4.0%).

METROPOLIS HEALTHCARE Financial Update...

METROPOLIS HEALTHCARE net profit grew 33.7% YoY to Rs 421 million for the quarter ended December 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 315 million a year ago. Net sales rose 25.8% to Rs 4,059 million during the period as against Rs 3,228 million in October-December 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, METROPOLIS HEALTHCARE reported 13.3% increase in net profit to Rs 1,455 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,285 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 10.2% to Rs 13,312 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of METROPOLIS HEALTHCARE, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 65.8.
