NCC Gains 4%; BSE REALTY Index Up 3.0%

NCC share price has zoomed 4% and is presently trading at Rs 153.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 5,945.7 (up 3.0%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Brigade Enterprises (up 3.4%) and Phoenix Mill (up 3.3%).

Over the last one year, NCC has moved down from Rs 204.9 to Rs 153.9, registering a loss of Rs 51.0 (down 24.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 6,162.3 to 5,945.7, registering a loss of 3.5% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Brigade Enterprises (down 21.6%), SUNTECK REALTY (down 13.5%) and Godrej Properties (down 11.6%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 77,353.4 (up 0.9%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Asian Paints (up 3.8%) and ICICI Bank (up 3.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Kotak Bank and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,992.8 (up 0.9%). Asian Paints and ICICI Bank are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 74,227.1 to 77,353.4, registering a gain of 3,126.3 points (up 4.2%).

NCC Financial Update...

NCC net profit fell 31.9% YoY to Rs 1,334 million for the quarter ended December 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 1,958 million a year ago. Net sales declined 8.9% to Rs 48,683 million during the period as against Rs 53,445 million in October-December 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, NCC reported 17.3% increase in net profit to Rs 8,683 million compared to net profit of Rs 7,404 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 6.5% to Rs 221,994 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of NCC, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 12.6.
