NURECA Plunges 6%; BSE HEALTHCARE Index Up 0.3%

NURECA share price has plunged 6% and is presently trading at Rs 272.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE index is at 44,961.2 (up 0.3%).

Among the top losers in the BSE HEALTHCARE index today are COHANCE LIFESCIENCES (down 6.4%) and SUN PHARMA ADV. RES. (down 2.1%).

Glenmark Pharma (up 1.3%) and AJANTA PHARMA (up 1.2%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, NURECA has moved down from Rs 285.3 to Rs 272.2, registering a loss of Rs 13.1 (down 4.6%).

On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE index has moved up from 43,416.4 to 44,961.2, registering a gain of 3.6% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE HEALTHCARE index stocks during this same period were LAURUS LABS (up 95.1%), FORTIS HEALTHCARE (up 75.6%) and ASTER DM HEALTHCARE (up 58.4%).

The BSE Sensex is at 84,782.4 (up 0.2%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Tata Steel (up 2.3%) and MUNDRA PORT & SEZ (up 1.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Reliance Ind..

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,988.0 (up 0.2%). IOC and JSW Steel are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 80,005.0 to 84,782.4, registering a gain of 4,777.4 points (up 6.0%).

NURECA Financial Update...

NURECA net profit grew 852.3% YoY to Rs 36 million for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 5 million a year ago. Net sales rose 21.0% to Rs 377 million during the period as against Rs 312 million in July-September 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, NURECA reported 147.2% increase in net profit to Rs 8 million compared to net loss of Rs 18 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 19.3% to Rs 1,097 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of NURECA, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 66.3.
