OBEROI REALTY Gains 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 2.2%

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 2.5%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 1.4%).
SUNTECK REALTY (down 1.7%) is among the top losers today.
Over the last one year, OBEROI REALTY has moved up from Rs 1,438.9 to Rs 2,166.0, registering a gain of Rs 727.1 (up 50.5%).
On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,849.5 to 8,423.1, registering a gain of 44.0% during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 80.5%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 60.0%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 53.8%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are HDFC Bank (up 1.8%) and NTPC (up 1.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Power Grid Corp..
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,461.6 . HDFC LIFE INSURANCE and HDFC Bank are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 68,865.1 to 80,968.5, registering a gain of 12,103.4 points (up 17.6%).
OBEROI REALTY Financial Update...
OBEROI REALTY net profit grew 29.1% YoY to Rs 5,870 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 4,547 million a year ago. Net sales rose 8.4% to Rs 13,199 million during the period as against Rs 12,174 million in July-September 2023.
For the year ended March 2024, OBEROI REALTY reported 1.2% increase in net profit to Rs 19,266 million compared to net profit of Rs 19,045 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 7.2% to Rs 44,958 million during FY24.
The current Price to earnings ratio of OBEROI REALTY, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 34.1.
