Omaxe Plunges 6%; BSE REALTY Index Down 1.0%

Omaxe share price has plunged 6% and is presently trading at Rs 77.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 6,624.2 (down 1.0%).

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY index today are PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 2.3%) and Godrej Properties (down 1.3%).

SUNTECK REALTY (up 1.8%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 0.4%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, Omaxe has moved down from Rs 87.1 to Rs 77.2, registering a loss of Rs 9.9 (down 11.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 7,089.5 to 6,624.2, registering a loss of 6.6% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Brigade Enterprises (down 18.9%), OBEROI REALTY (down 17.7%) and Godrej Properties (down 17.4%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 83,464.0 (down 0.2%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Kotak Bank (down 80.2%) and Sun Pharma (down 1.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Eternal Ltd and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,689.5 (down 0.2%). Kotak Bank and Eicher Motor are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 76,330.0 to 83,464.0, registering a gain of 7,134.0 points (up 9.3%).

Omaxe Financial Update...

Omaxe net profit grew 30.4% YoY to Rs -1,664 million for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 2,393 million a year ago. Net sales declined 17.6% to Rs 3,208 million during the period as against Rs 3,892 million in July-September 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, Omaxe reported 68.7% decrease in net profit to Rs -6,851 million compared to net loss of Rs 4,061 million during FY24. Revenue of the company fell 3.3% to Rs 15,610 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Omaxe, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -2.2.
