PG Electroplast share price has plunged 21% and is presently trading at Rs 579.1.

Meanwhile, the BSE FMCG index is at 20,198.9 (down 0.7%).

Among the top losers in the BSE FMCG index today are Nestle (down 51.0%) and Gillette India (down 3.7%).

KRBL (up 15.4%) and GODREJ AGROVET (up 0.9%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, PG Electroplast has moved up from Rs 427.6 to Rs 579.1, registering a gain of Rs 151.5 (up 35.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE FMCG index has moved down from 22,242.2 to 20,198.9, registering a loss of 9.2% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE FMCG index stocks during this same period were Nestle (down 56.3%), JYOTHY LABS (down 39.4%) and Shree Renuka Sugars (down 35.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 79,835.8 (down 1.0%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Nestle (down 51.0%) and Bharti Airtel (down 3.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Bharti Airtel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,345.2 (down 1.0%). Nestle and Bharti Airtel are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 78,593.1 to 79,835.8, registering a gain of 1,242.7 points (up 1.6%).

PG Electroplast Financial Update...

PG Electroplast net profit grew 104.5% YoY to Rs 1,464 million for the quarter ended March 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 716 million a year ago. Net sales rose 77.4% to Rs 19,099 million during the period as against Rs 10,766 million in January-March 2024.

For the year ended March 2024, PG Electroplast reported 76.9% increase in net profit to Rs 1,370 million compared to net profit of Rs 775 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 27.2% to Rs 27,465 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of PG Electroplast, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 56.4.
