PROCTER & GAMBLE HEALTH at All Time High; BSE HEALTHCARE Index Down 0.9%

PROCTER & GAMBLE HEALTH share price has hit an all-time high at Rs 7,473 (up 3.7%).

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE Index is at 21,600 (down 0.9%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE HEALTHCARE Index today are PROCTER & GAMBLE HEALTH (up 3.7%) and ABBOTT INDIA (up 0.5%).

ERIS LIFESCIENCES and BIOCON (down 0.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, PROCTER & GAMBLE HEALTH has moved up from Rs 4,338 to Rs 7,473, registering a gain of Rs 3,135 (up 69.6%).

The BSE HEALTHCARE has moved up from 14,003 to 21,600, registering a gain of 7,597 points (up 52.4%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE HEALTHCARE Index stocks during this same period were LAURUS LABS (up 366.1%), GRANULES INDIA (up 139.5%) and STRIDES PHARMA SCIENCE (up 111.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 48,387 (down 0.9%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are TECH MAHINDRA (up 2.7%), ITC (up 1.8%) and ULTRATECH CEMENT (up 1.7%). Other gainers include HCL TECHNOLOGIES (up 1.2%) and M&M (up 1.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ITC and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 14,238 (down 0.9%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include WIPRO (up 3.4%), TECH MAHINDRA (up 2.7%) and ITC (up 1.7%). Other gainers include GRASIM (up 1.6%) and ULTRATECH CEMENT (up 1.6%).

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 41,115 to 48,387, registering a gain of 7,272 points (up 16.5%).

PROCTER & GAMBLE HEALTH Financial Update...

PROCTER & GAMBLE HEALTH net profit stood at Rs 692 million for the quarter ended June 2020, compared to a profit of Rs 382 million a year ago. Net Sales rose 168.0% to Rs 6.3 billion during the period as against Rs 2.4 billion in April-June 2019.

For the year ended December 2018, PROCTER & GAMBLE HEALTH reported 116.1% increase in net profit to Rs 952.0 million compared to net profit of Rs 440.0 million during FY17.

Revenue of the company grew 19.3% to Rs 8 billion during FY18.

The current Price to earnings ratio of PROCTER & GAMBLE HEALTH, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 64.4x.
