Patel Engineering share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 30.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 6,776.5 (down 0.2%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are OBEROI REALTY (up 0.6%) and Godrej Properties (up 0.5%).

PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 1.0%) and Sobha (down 0.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Patel Engineering has moved down from Rs 56.4 to Rs 30.9, registering a loss of Rs 25.6 (down 45.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 8,717.0 to 6,776.5, registering a loss of 22.3% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Brigade Enterprises (down 33.7%), Godrej Properties (down 31.6%) and OBEROI REALTY (down 27.5%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 84,624.6 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are ICICI Bank (down 1.4%) and Indusind Bank (down 1.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are HDFC Bank and Eternal Ltd.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,838.4 (down 0.1%). ICICI Bank and HDFC LIFE INSURANCE are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 81,748.6 to 84,624.6, registering a gain of 2,876.0 points (up 3.5%).

Patel Engineering Financial Update...

Patel Engineering net profit fell 11.7% YoY to Rs 647 million for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 734 million a year ago. Net sales rose 2.9% to Rs 12,085 million during the period as against Rs 11,743 million in July-September 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, Patel Engineering reported 21.7% decrease in net profit to Rs 2,362 million compared to net profit of Rs 3,016 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 5.1% to Rs 47,150 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Patel Engineering, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 12.6.
