Puravankara Gains 13%; BSE REALTY Index Up 2.5%

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 6,022.0 (up 2.5%).
Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 3.8%) and Godrej Properties (up 3.1%).
SUNTECK REALTY (down 1.7%) is among the top losers today.
Over the last one year, Puravankara has moved down from Rs 246.1 to Rs 240.0, registering a loss of Rs 6.1 (down 2.5%).
On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 6,956.4 to 6,022.0, registering a loss of 13.4% during the last 12 months.
The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Brigade Enterprises (down 37.6%), SUNTECK REALTY (down 25.6%) and Godrej Properties (down 18.9%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?
The BSE Sensex is at 75,623.2 (up 0.4%).
The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Infosys (up 4.0%) and Tech Mahindra (up 3.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Reliance Ind. and Tata Steel.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,741.4 (up 0.4%). Infosys and Tech Mahindra are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 82,530.7 to 75,623.2, registering a loss of 6,907.5 points (down 8.4%).
Puravankara Financial Update...
Puravankara net profit grew 225.5% YoY to Rs 1,104 million for the quarter ended March 2026, compared to a loss of Rs 880 million a year ago. Net sales rose 177.3% to Rs 15,019 million during the period as against Rs 5,416 million in January-March 2025.
For the year ended March 2025, Puravankara reported 535.5% decrease in net profit to Rs -1,829 million compared to net profit of Rs 420 million during FY24. Revenue of the company fell 7.9% to Rs 20,136 million during FY25.
The current Price to earnings ratio of Puravankara, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 99.2.
