Puravankara Gains 9%; BSE REALTY Index Up 2.7%

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 6,023.0 (up 2.7%).
Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are SUNTECK REALTY (up 6.1%) and DLF (up 3.6%).
Brigade Enterprises (down 0.7%) is among the top losers today.
Over the last one year, Puravankara has moved up from Rs 223.8 to Rs 235.3, registering a gain of Rs 11.5 (up 5.1%).
On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 6,118.4 to 6,023.0, registering a loss of 1.6% during the last 12 months.
The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Brigade Enterprises (down 20.6%), SUNTECK REALTY (down 11.0%) and Godrej Properties (down 10.8%).

The BSE Sensex is at 78,127.9 (up 1.7%).
The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Eternal Ltd (up 3.8%) and Tata Motors (up 3.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Eternal Ltd.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,217.4 (up 1.6%). Eternal Ltd and L&T are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 75,157.3 to 78,127.9, registering a gain of 2,970.6 points (up 4.0%).
Puravankara Financial Update...
Puravankara net profit grew 164.4% YoY to Rs 584 million for the quarter ended December 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 907 million a year ago. Net sales rose 236.1% to Rs 10,693 million during the period as against Rs 3,182 million in October-December 2024.
For the year ended March 2025, Puravankara reported 535.5% decrease in net profit to Rs -1,829 million compared to net profit of Rs 420 million during FY24. Revenue of the company fell 7.9% to Rs 20,136 million during FY25.
The current Price to earnings ratio of Puravankara, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -39.6.
