SARK SYSTEMS share price has plunged 6% and is presently trading at Rs 31.6.

Meanwhile, the BSE IT index is at 35,217.1 (down 0.8%).

Among the top losers in the BSE IT index today are Birlasoft (down 2.8%) and Eclerx Services (down 2.1%).

HAPPIEST MINDS TECHNOLOGIES (up 0.9%) and ROUTE MOBILE (up 0.2%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, SARK SYSTEMS has moved down from Rs 68.2 to Rs 31.6, registering a loss of Rs 36.7 (down 53.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE IT index has moved down from 42,078.9 to 35,217.1, registering a loss of 16.3% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE IT index stocks during this same period were ROUTE MOBILE (down 51.0%), CYIENT (down 37.3%) and Sonata Software (down 34.7%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 84,948.8 .

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Tech Mahindra (down 1.9%) and Bajaj Finserv (down 1.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Eternal Ltd and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,974.8 (down 0.2%). Tech Mahindra and Tata Consumer Products are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 77,580.3 to 84,948.8, registering a gain of 7,368.5 points (up 9.5%).

SARK SYSTEMS Financial Update...

SARK SYSTEMS net profit grew 6.1% YoY to Rs 22 million for the quarter ended June 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 20 million a year ago. Net sales rose 39.5% to Rs 311 million during the period as against Rs 223 million in April-June 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, SARK SYSTEMS reported 6.6% increase in net profit to Rs 84 million compared to net profit of Rs 79 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 22.0% to Rs 1,058 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SARK SYSTEMS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 8.7.
