Siemens share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 3,498.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 73,709.9 (up 2.5%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are Thermax (up 5.0%) and Graphite India (up 4.5%).

Carborundum Universal (down 0.2%) is among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Siemens has moved up from Rs 2,728.4 to Rs 3,498.0, registering a gain of Rs 769.6 (up 28.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 58,545.9 to 73,709.9, registering a gain of 25.9% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were Bharat Forge (up 82.6%), Bharat Electronics (up 57.1%) and Graphite India (up 47.2%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 78,052.3 (up 1.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Eternal Ltd (up 3.8%) and Tata Motors (up 3.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Eternal Ltd.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,229.1 (up 1.6%). Eternal Ltd and Hindalco are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 75,157.3 to 78,052.3, registering a gain of 2,895.0 points (up 3.9%).

Siemens Financial Update...

Siemens net profit fell 26.0% YoY to Rs 2,688 million for the quarter ended December 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 3,632 million a year ago. Net sales rose 14.0% to Rs 38,307 million during the period as against Rs 33,601 million in October-December 2024.

For the year ended September 2024, Siemens reported 38.5% increase in net profit to Rs 27,181 million compared to net profit of Rs 19,619 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 13.7% to Rs 222,397 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Siemens, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 78.6.
