Indian Stock Market Updates January 22, 2021

TATA MOTORS DVR Share Price Up by 5%; BSE AUTO Index Up 2.0%

TATA MOTORS DVR share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 116.

Meanwhile, the BSE AUTO Index is at 23,818 (up 2.0%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE AUTO Index today is TATA MOTORS DVR (up 5.2%).

Over the last one year, TATA MOTORS DVR has moved up from Rs 81 to Rs 116, registering a gain of Rs 35 (up 43.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE AUTO has moved up from 18,740 to 23,818, registering a gain of 5,078 points (up 27.1%) during the last 12 months.

The top buzzing stocks among the BSE AUTO Index stocks during this same period were BALKRISHNA INDUSTRIES (up 56.7%), TATA MOTORS (up 55.1%) and ASHOK LEYLAND (up 44.2%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 49,612 (down 0.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are BAJAJ AUTO (up 3.4%), M&M (up 1.4%) and TATA STEEL (up 1.3%). Other gainers include ASIAN PAINTS (up 1.1%) and BAJAJ FINSERV (up 1.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 14,600 (up 0.1%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include TATA MOTORS (up 5.2%), BAJAJ AUTO (up 4.3%) and HERO MOTOCORP (up 2.9%). Other gainers include EICHER MOTOR (up 2.3%) and ASIAN PAINTS (up 1.5%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 41,529 to 49,612, registering a gain of 8,083 points (up 19.36%).
