TEXMACO RAIL share price has zoomed 8% and is presently trading at Rs 172.1.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 70,652.8 (up 0.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are Thermax (up 3.3%) and SKF India (up 2.5%).

Honeywell Automation (down 1.0%) and Bharat Forge (down 1.0%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, TEXMACO RAIL has moved down from Rs 207.8 to Rs 172.1, registering a loss of Rs 35.7 (down 17.2%).

The BSE Sensex is at 80,919.4 (up 0.2%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Eternal Ltd (up 1.8%) and Bharti Airtel (up 1.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Eternal Ltd and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,592.7 (up 0.2%). Bharti Airtel and Indusind Bank are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 76,468.8 to 80,919.4, registering a gain of 4,450.6 points (up 5.8%).

TEXMACO RAIL Financial Update...

TEXMACO RAIL net profit fell 14.9% YoY to Rs 355 million for the quarter ended March 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 417 million a year ago. Net sales rose 17.6% to Rs 13,464 million during the period as against Rs 11,446 million in January-March 2024.

For the year ended March 2024, TEXMACO RAIL reported 734.0% increase in net profit to Rs 962 million compared to net profit of Rs 115 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 56.1% to Rs 35,029 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of TEXMACO RAIL, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 34.0.
