TEXMACO RAIL share price has zoomed 8% and is presently trading at Rs 119.8.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 69,371.7 (up 0.6%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are Graphite India (up 2.3%) and Carborundum Universal (up 1.9%).

Lakshmi Machine (down 1.1%) and SCHAEFFLER INDIA (down 0.5%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, TEXMACO RAIL has moved down from Rs 148.6 to Rs 119.8, registering a loss of Rs 28.8 (down 19.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 58,979.8 to 69,371.7, registering a gain of 17.6% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were Bharat Electronics (up 69.1%), Bharat Forge (up 61.5%) and Graphite India (up 56.3%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 83,293.9 .

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Infosys (up 3.2%) and ITC (up 2.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Indusind Bank and Infosys.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,662.3 (down 0.1%). Eternal Ltd and Shriram Transport are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 76,139.0 to 83,293.9, registering a gain of 7,155.0 points (up 9.4%).

TEXMACO RAIL Financial Update...

TEXMACO RAIL net profit fell 50.3% YoY to Rs 347 million for the quarter ended December 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 699 million a year ago. Net sales declined 21.5% to Rs 10,416 million during the period as against Rs 13,261 million in October-December 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, TEXMACO RAIL reported 134.5% increase in net profit to Rs 2,255 million compared to net profit of Rs 962 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 45.8% to Rs 51,066 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of TEXMACO RAIL, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 32.5.
