TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 304.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 66,957.5 (down 0.2%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are ADANI GREEN ENERGY (up 1.5%) and V GUARD IND. (up 1.3%).

Carborundum Universal (down 1.4%) and Bharat Electronics (down 0.8%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS has moved down from Rs 549.3 to Rs 304.2, registering a loss of Rs 245.1 (down 44.6%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 66,904.3 to 66,957.5, registering a gain of 0.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were Bharat Electronics (up 39.2%), GMR Infra (up 34.9%) and BHEL (up 28.4%).

The BSE Sensex is at 85,347.5 (up 0.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Eternal Ltd (up 2.1%) and Indusind Bank (up 1.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ITC and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 26,129.6 (up 0.7%). JSW Steel and IOC are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 78,248.1 to 85,347.5, registering a gain of 7,099.4 points (up 9.1%).

TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS Financial Update...

TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS net profit fell 18.6% YoY to Rs 374 million for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 459 million a year ago. Net sales declined 0.3% to Rs 4,600 million during the period as against Rs 4,615 million in July-September 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS reported 360.4% increase in net profit to Rs 2,164 million compared to net profit of Rs 470 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 56.5% to Rs 20,145 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 35.9.
