TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS share price has plunged 6% and is presently trading at Rs 287.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 68,590.1 (down 1.1%).

Among the top losers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are HINDUSTAN AERO. (down 2.3%) and Bharat Electronics (down 2.1%).

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 26,039.6 (down 0.1%). JSW Steel and Bharat Electronics are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 77,155.8 to 85,194.3, registering a gain of 8,038.5 points (up 10.4%).

TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS Financial Update...

TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS net profit fell 18.6% YoY to Rs 374 million for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 459 million a year ago. Net sales declined 0.3% to Rs 4,600 million during the period as against Rs 4,615 million in July-September 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS reported 360.4% increase in net profit to Rs 2,164 million compared to net profit of Rs 470 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 56.5% to Rs 20,145 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 33.9.
