Welspun Projects share price has zoomed 3% and is presently trading at Rs 533.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 6,936.1 (up 0.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 2.2%) and DLF (up 1.6%).

SUNTECK REALTY (down 1.7%) and Brigade Enterprises (down 1.4%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Welspun Projects has moved down from Rs 552.1 to Rs 533.0, registering a loss of Rs 19.1 (down 3.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 8,240.3 to 6,936.1, registering a loss of 15.8% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Brigade Enterprises (down 31.3%), Godrej Properties (down 27.1%) and SUNTECK REALTY (down 25.0%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 85,712.4 (up 0.5%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are SBI (up 2.5%) and Bajaj Finserv (up 2.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Eternal Ltd and Infosys.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 26,194.7 (up 0.6%). Shriram Transport and SBI are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 80,845.8 to 85,712.4, registering a gain of 4,866.6 points (up 6.0%).

Welspun Projects Financial Update...

Welspun Projects net profit grew 30.8% YoY to Rs 958 million for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 732 million a year ago. Net sales declined 3.8% to Rs 7,839 million during the period as against Rs 8,153 million in July-September 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, Welspun Projects reported 10.0% increase in net profit to Rs 3,836 million compared to net profit of Rs 3,488 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 24.7% to Rs 35,841 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Welspun Projects, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 18.1.
