CHENNAI PETROLEUM net profit down at Rs 236 million for the quarter ended September 2018, compared to a loss of Rs 4 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 33.1% to Rs 150.8 billion during the period as against Rs 113.3 billion in July-September 2017.
For the year ended March 2017, CHENNAI PETROLEUM reported 39.0% increase in net profit to Rs 10.2 billion compared to net profit of Rs 7.4 billion during FY16.
Revenue of the company grew 16.1% to Rs 406 billion during FY17.
