ABB INDIA at 52 Week High; BSE 500 Index Up 1.0%

ABB INDIA share price has hit a 52-week high at Rs 1,625 (up 3.7%).

Meanwhile, the BSE 500 Index is at 15,536 (up 0.6%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE 500 Index today are ABB INDIA (up 3.7%) and DHFL (up 6.1%).

J&K BANK (down 13.5%) and RELIANCE POWER (down 11.3%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, ABB INDIA has moved up from Rs 1,258 to Rs 1,625, registering a gain of Rs 367 (up 29.01%).

The BSE 500 has moved up from 14,743 to 15,536, registering a gain of 793 points (up 5.2%) during the last 12 months.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,975 (up 0.7%). BRITANNIA (up 2.7%) and CIPLA (up 2.1%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

ABB INDIA Financial Update...

ABB INDIA net profit down at Rs 890 million for the quarter ended March 2019, compared to a loss of Rs 1 billion a year ago. Net Sales declined 5.9% to Rs 18.5 billion during the period as against Rs 19.7 billion in January-March 2018.

For the year ended December 2017, ABB INDIA reported 12.1% increase in net profit to Rs 4.2 billion compared to net profit of Rs 3.7 billion during FY16.

Revenue of the company grew 2.1% to Rs 94 billion during FY17.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ABB INDIA, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 80.3x.
