SHRIRAM TRANSPORT share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 1,025.

SHRIRAM TRANSPORT Financial Update...

SHRIRAM TRANSPORT net profit stood at Rs 6 billion for the quarter ended December 2018, compared to a profit of Rs 5 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 29.3% to Rs 39.9 billion during the period as against Rs 30.9 billion in October-December 2017.

For the year ended March 2018, SHRIRAM TRANSPORT reported 13.1% increase in net profit to Rs 14.3 billion compared to net profit of Rs 12.7 billion during FY17.

Revenue of the company grew 12.6% to Rs 123 billion during FY18.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SHRIRAM TRANSPORT, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 11.8x.
