PNB Financial Update...

PNB net profit declined 5830.7% YoY to Rs 134 billion for the quarter ended March 2018, compared to a loss of Rs 2 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 93.5% to Rs 113.8 billion during the period as against Rs 121.8 billion in January-March 2017.

For the year ended March 2017, PNB reported 24.6% decrease in net profit to Rs 9.0 billion compared to net profit of Rs 36.6 billion during FY16.

Revenue of the company grew 94.6% to Rs 481 billion during FY17.

The current Price to earnings ratio of PNB, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at down 1.6x.
