TIME TECHNO Plunges by 17%; BSE 500 Index Down 3.7%

TIME TECHNO share price has plunged 17% and is presently trading at Rs 35.

Meanwhile, the BSE 500 Index is at 11,951 (down 3.7%).

Among the top losers in the BSE 500 Index today are TIME TECHNO (down 16.7%) and MAH. SCOOTERS (down 14.0%).

ZEE ENTERTAINMENT (up 8.2%) and BLUE DART EXPRESS (up 5.1%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, TIME TECHNO has moved down from Rs 103 to Rs 35, registering a loss of Rs 67 (down 65.5%)..

The BSE 500 has moved down from 15,069 to 11,951, loss of 3,118 points (down 20.7%) during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE 500 Index stocks during this same period were ADANI GREEN ENERGY (up 235.9%), ABBOTT INDIA (up 94.1%) and NAVIN FLUORINE (up 68.3%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 31,102 (down 3.4%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are INFOSYS (up 0.7%) and TCS (up 0.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are INFOSYS and TCS.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 9,128 (down 2.8%). ZEE ENTERTAINMENT (up 9.1%) and YES BANK (up 4.0%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved down from 38,095 to 31,102, registering a loss of 6,993 points (down 22.48%).

TIME TECHNO Financial Update...

TIME TECHNO net profit down at Rs 501 million for the quarter ended December 2019, compared to a loss of Rs 557 million a year ago. Net Sales rose 5.8% to Rs 9.2 billion during the period as against Rs 8.7 billion in October-December 2018.

For the year ended March 2018, TIME TECHNO reported 22.3% increase in net profit to Rs 1.9 billion compared to net profit of Rs 1.5 billion during FY17.

Revenue of the company grew 12.6% to Rs 31 billion during FY18.

The current Price to earnings ratio of TIME TECHNO, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 3.1x.
