INOX LEISURE Plunges by 5%; BSE 500 Index Down 2.1%

INOX LEISURE share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 240.

Meanwhile, the BSE 500 Index is at 12,679 (down 2.1%).

Among the top losers in the BSE 500 Index today are INOX LEISURE (down 5.3%) and BAJAJ HOLDINGS & INVESTMENT (down 5.6%).

GSK CONSUMER (up 5.1%) and LAKSHMI VILAS BANK (up 5.0%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, INOX LEISURE has moved down from Rs 329 to Rs 240, registering a loss of Rs 89 (down 27.1%)..

INOX LEISURE Financial Update...

INOX LEISURE net profit down at Rs 822 million for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 350 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 27.6% to Rs 3.7 billion during the period as against Rs 5.1 billion in January-March 2019.

For the year ended March 2019, INOX LEISURE reported 12.4% increase in net profit to Rs 1.4 billion compared to net profit of Rs 1.2 billion during FY18.

Revenue of the company grew 25.5% to Rs 17 billion during FY19.

The current Price to earnings ratio of INOX LEISURE, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 161.0x.
