L&T TECHONOLOGY Share Price Up by 5%; BSE IT Index Up 4.3%

L&T TECHONOLOGY share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 1,611.

Meanwhile, the BSE IT Index is at 19,591 (up 4.3%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE IT Index today are L&T TECHONOLOGY (up 5.3%) and L&T INFOTECH LTD (up 5.3%).

Over the last one year, L&T TECHONOLOGY has moved down from Rs 1,622 to Rs 1,611, registering a loss of Rs 11 (down 1.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE IT has moved up from 15,914 to 19,591, registering a gain of 3,677 points (up 22.5%) during the last 12 months.

The top buzzing stocks among the BSE IT Index stocks during this same period were INFIBEAM AVENUES (up 104.0%), PERSISTENT SYSTEMS (up 101.9%) and TATA ELXSI (up 100.2%).

The BSE Sensex is at 39,230 (up 0.4%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are HCL TECHNOLOGIES (up 9.2%), INFOSYS (up 3.9%) and TECH MAHINDRA (up 2.8%). Other gainers include TCS (up 2.8%) and BAJAJ AUTO (up 2.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are HCL TECHNOLOGIES and ONGC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 11,569 (up 0.4%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include HCL TECHNOLOGIES (up 9.9%), INFOSYS (up 4.1%) and TATA MOTORS (up 4.0%). Other gainers include WIPRO (up 3.8%) and UPL (up 3.6%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 37,271 to 39,230, registering a gain of 1,959 points (up 4.69%).
