FDC share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 288.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE Index is at 21,054 (up 0.5%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE HEALTHCARE Index today is FDC (up 5.1%).

ABBOTT INDIA (down 0.1%) and IPCA LABS (down 0.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, FDC has moved up from Rs 185 to Rs 288, registering a gain of Rs 103 (up 55.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE has moved up from 11,007 to 21,054, registering a gain of 10,047 points (up 90.9%) during the last 12 months.

FDC Financial Update...

FDC net profit down at Rs 585 million for the quarter ended March 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 733 million a year ago. Net Sales rose 4.1% to Rs 3.3 billion during the period as against Rs 3.2 billion in January-March 2019.

For the year ended March 2018, FDC reported 10.5% decrease in net profit to Rs 1.7 billion compared to net profit of Rs 1.9 billion during FY17.

Revenue of the company grew 3.1% to Rs 11 billion during FY18.

The current Price to earnings ratio of FDC, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 20.4x.
