BATA INDIA net profit grew 21.1% YoY to Rs 826 million for the quarter ended June 2018, compared to a profit of Rs 682 million a year ago. Net Sales rose 18.3% to Rs 8.0 billion during the period as against Rs 6.7 billion in April-June 2017.
For the year ended March 2017, BATA INDIA reported 26.6% increase in net profit to Rs 1.8 billion compared to net profit of Rs 1.4 billion during FY16.
Revenue of the company grew 2.0% to Rs 25 billion during FY17.
