INDIABULLS REAL EST Plunges by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Down 1.2%

INDIABULLS REAL EST share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 86.
Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 1,658 (down 1.2%).
Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY Index today is INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 5.3%).
UNITECH (up 1.9%) and GODREJ PROPERTIES (up 0.8%) are among the top gainers today.
Over the last one year, INDIABULLS REAL EST has moved down from Rs 223 to Rs 86, registering a loss of Rs 137 (down 61.4%)..
The BSE REALTY has moved down from 2,074 to 1,658, loss of 416 points (down 20.1%) during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were OMAXE LTD (up 9.1%), PHOENIX MILL (up 3.6%) and SOBHA LIMITED (up 0.7%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?
The BSE Sensex is at 35,821 (down 0.4%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are L&T (up 1.2%), KOTAK MAH. BANK (up 1.0%) and POWER GRID (up 0.4%). Other gainers include VEDANTA LTD (up 0.2%) and ONGC (up 0.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are BAJAJ AUTO and INFOSYS LTD.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 10,755 (down 1.5%). L&T (up 1.8%) is among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 31,497 to 35,821, registering a gain of 4,324 points (up 13.7%).
INDIABULLS REAL EST Financial Update...
INDIABULLS REAL EST net profit stood at Rs 869 million for the quarter ended June 2018, compared to a profit of Rs 854 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 61.4% to Rs 8.1 billion during the period as against Rs 21.0 billion in April-June 2017.
For the year ended March 2018, INDIABULLS REAL EST reported 460.0% increase in net profit to Rs 19.9 billion compared to net profit of Rs 3.5 billion during FY17.
Revenue of the company grew 155.4% to Rs 59 billion during FY18.
The current Price to earnings ratio of INDIABULLS REAL EST, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 2.1x.
